4. I purchase round branding labels from Driven by Graphics, you could also use a business card in the back of the bag https://dbgsupplyco.com?aff=3 $12 for 75 1.5” stickers ($0.16)
5. Ink and paper costs will vary widely depending on your equipment I am going to over estimate at ($0.50)
6. Purchased designs may also factor in depending on the cost of the file say $4 and you sell 100 that would give you a cost of ($0.04)
7. For the Santa Key ornaments I used these keys which I found to be the best size for the ornaments (I had ordered other sizes to see and didn’t care for the larger or smaller ones, these were just right!) Purchase your order form (or make your own, I do not have a cost with this as the school prints all my flyers) Blue moose has this customizable flyer for $5 DIY HOLIDAY Spiritwear Fundraiser Order Form Template Design - Etsy Cost if you sell 200 ornaments is ($0.03) but this could be used year after year as well.

Total cost per ornament $2.77

1. Purchase (or make your designs) and purchase or make your flyers.
2. Order your ornaments.
3. Press Samples and bring to your local PTA or PTO.
4. Print and send home the flyers with all the students (see if the school can help with this. My school printed them all and gave the teachers how many they needed, I didn’t have to do this.
5. I also always make an advertising video showing the ornaments that I email out to teachers to push out to parent emails. The PTA also posts this on their local pages.

1. I have all orders due back the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving break and I get an order count and order the ornaments the same day.
2. My PTA tells me how many of each ornament was ordered. I make those counts and then deliver them in bulk to the PTA.
3. They then sort and fill the orders and give to students the 2nd week of December.
4. Once the ornaments come in, print and press and package them all up. It really is that simple. I keep all ornaments customized ot the city, state or local landmark type designs so they are a quick print and press without further personalization but once you purchase the designs you can also offer them to your local customers with personalization so you get multiple uses out of the purchased designs.
5. I do $6 to me and $4 to the PTA/School for every Ornament purchased. Last year we sold just under 500. Our goal this year is over 500! Happy selling. I linked my live video below where I cover a lot of questions as well. Reach out with any additional questions! Good Luck!
